OUR STORY

Pike Pilates is a modern, beat-driven mat Pilates studio in Lakeland designed to challenge your body while protecting your joints. Our classes use infrared heat to warm the body from the inside out, helping improve circulation, flexibility, and recovery while creating a deeper, more effective workout. Expect low-impact movements that deliver a high burn. Each class focuses on core strength, endurance, and full-body toning — all set to music that keeps the energy high and the room moving together. More than just a workout, Pike Pilates is building a community of strong, motivated women in Lakeland who show up for themselves and each other.
