What should I bring to class?

Mats are provided. Please bring a towel, water and plan to practice barefoot or with grip socks.


What should I wear?

Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move freely.


How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early, especially for your first class. If the door is locked upon arrival, a class may still be in session. 


What is your cancellation policy?

Classes must be canceled at least 6 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a $15 fee.

Memberships can be canceled at any time.
